On offer on this occasion is an iconic “Nautilus” Corkscrew Armchair and Footstool from the “New York Collection” by world renown German furniture designer, Vladimir Kagan.
Dressed in the most stunning and tactile short-pile Ultrasuede option in a versatile, neutral Mid-Brown hue. Whilst being as robust and hard-wearing as rhino skin, its softness and texture (as illustrated in the close-up images provided) is simply divine to the touch.
With dark-hardwood trim around the base (as per the picture provided) to give it an elegant, floating-effect.
This piece is in superb, immaculately-maintained condition, having seen light, irregular use in the past. Its handsome order reflects the TLC and considerate use afforded it at its previous home and, aside from some light, isolated marking to the seat and arms (as you might expect from a piece of this vintage) is as well-presented as you could possibly hope to find.

Dimensions-wise, when configured as pictured it stands 78cm high, 90cm wide and 90cm deep, with the footstool measuring 38cm high, 76cm wide and 56cm deep.

A good seller with access to exceptionally high quality furniture wiling to negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements on their stock. I must say I was disappointed on delivery, as I was left three weeks with no messages or notifications. However when delivery was scheduled it was attended by two individuals who delivered to a third floor without quibble. Furthermore, this is luxury furniture at a discount, so in the round, a positive experience, and I both recommend and would buy again .
